Electrically operated for getting pyrogen-free distilled water automatically. Wall hanging space saving arrangement is provided. The Body & condenser is seamless. Fitted with automatic ejection device which operates automatically when water vessel gets dried.

High pressure electrically heated vertical steam sterilizer/Autoclave is used for sterilization of surgical instruments, Dressing Material, Linen, Rubber & Plastic Material by means of saturated steam under pressure of 15 to 20 psi (adjustable) apart from health services. It is also used in Scientific Research Institution & Universities.

Construction:
Sturdy double walled construction with boiler/inner chamber is made of Stainless Steel 16 SWG sheet & outer shell is made of Mild Steel finished with powder coated paint or completes Stainless steel as per requirement. The boiler & outer shell is provided with air insulation. Lid is made of brass with Stainless Steel inside & is tightened all around by wing nuts, jointless Neoprene rubber gasket. Autoclave is fitted with water level arrangement, dial pressure gauge, steam release valve, spring loaded safety valve, ISI marked immersion type heating element & Stainless Steel basket with stand.

This Apparatus determines the melting point of variety of products. It consists an accepting 3 capillaries & a thermometer. It has a built in electric heating element.  The temperature is controlled by energy regulator. Maximum temperature can be 350°C. An adjustable lens is provided for viewing exact melting point. Double walled convection heated units. Outer body is constructed out of thick MS sheet, duly pre-treated with primers for rust proofing and painted with air drying paint/stove enamel/powder coating. The inside chamber of the unit is made of heavy gauge stainless steel sheet of grade ss-304. The unit is provided with top opening cover. Temperature range from room temperature to 100°C. D.C. motor special system shaker to work on 220 volt a.c. for variable and smooth function speed control by speed regulator.
It is general-purpose machine and found very useful for mixing or agitation ingredients, solution in flasks, bottles, beakers and Kahn racks etc. Upper tray covered with rubber floor and sides of the tray are slotted to take parallel and cross bars cover with rubber to hold flasks, bottles beakers, Kahn racks etc. The bars are tightened with washers and fly nuts can be adjusted as per the requirement. The machine can accommodate Kahn racks, bottles or flasks of different sizes by adjusting the compartments with the help of rods supplied with the machine. Fitted with ¼ HP motor and having mechanical adjustments for adjusting the motion.

Kahn racks, bottles or flasks of different sizes can be shaken by adjusting the compartments provided on the shaking rack. The rate of motion can be adjusted mechanically by belt tension from 140 to 250 rpm approximately. Supplied complete with top platform rods, on/off switch, plug and cord. To work on 200/220 volts, single phase, 50 hz, ac supply.

The unit having highly accurate glass scale in divided to read angular and also carries sugar in I.S.S. UNIT SCALE FROM 0 360 C . Suger Scale from 30 degree to 120 degree. Complete unit supplied with 220 mm Polarimeter Tube, Sodium lamp.

Light weight with ceramic fiber wool insulation (instead of brick insulation). The outer casing is made of double walled thick M.S. Sheet, duly painted. Heating elements are made of kanthal “a-1” wire and backed by high temperature carpool insulation, which avoids loss of energy. Temperature control unit consists of energy regulator, fitted in front of furnace with two pilot lamps.
